We have some people that are already extremely skilled, and they just need to update their skills with new technology and new developments that have happened. The market is always changing. We also have new employees, as well, that we want to make sure grow in the right way. So, what we’ve done with the Apprenticeship program is implement that system and leverage a system that’s already working. We didn’t have to reinvent the wheel. You’ve got to have a skilled workforce. At ADEX, we’re definitely very proud of our high-tech equipment and our world-class facility, but it’s nothing without the people."
