Ebonie Burgess is an Apprenticeship Implementation Specialist serving Central Carolina, Florence-Darlington, and Northeastern Technical Colleges. She began working with Apprenticeship Carolina in February 2024.
Prior to joining Apprenticeship Carolina, Ebonie worked at Central Carolina Technical College in the Health Science department as their clinical simulation coordinator.
Originally from Florence, SC, she's earned a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from Francis Marion University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lander University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in business. In her spare time, Ebonie likes traveling, physical activities such as weight lifting and exercising, and dancing.

What drew you to apprenticeship?
I wanted to explore different job experiences.
What is something that you enjoy or appreciate the most about your job?
I enjoy the structure and adaptability of the team and appreciate how well the team coordinates with one another.
