Stephanie Sherman is an Apprenticeship Consultant serving Piedmont Technical College and Spartanburg Community College. Stephanie began working with Apprenticeship Carolina as an Apprenticeship Implementation Specialist in February 2023, moving into the role of Apprenticeship Consultant in 2024.
Prior to joining Apprenticeship Carolina, Stephanie worked at Greenville Technical College as the Director of Quick Jobs under the division of Corporate and Continuing Education.
Stephanie has earned a bachelor's degree from Claflin University and a certificate for Certified Professional Life Coach from Greenville Technical College. She enjoys cooking for family and friends.

Motivating, Innovative, Attentive.
What drew you to apprenticeship?
I had the opportunity to work with Apprenticeship indirectly in my previous job and I was eager to lean more. My supervisor thought it would be a great fit for me and encouraged me to apply.
What is something that you enjoy or appreciate the most about being an apprenticeship consultant?
I enjoy providing a resource to the community that benefits all. I look forward to assisting in creating and implementing quality apprenticeship programs.
