What three words would you use to describe yourself?

Ethical, Mindful, and Intuitive.

What drew you to apprenticeship?

I was drawn to Apprenticeship Carolina because I really enjoy working with our local businesses and I love working with our youth. Being able to merge my two passions by educating businesses on the benefits of working with our youth as well as providing opportunities for students to earn while they learn by combining high school curriculum with hands on training is for me, the best of both worlds!

What is something that you enjoy or appreciate the most about your job?

I believe that a community is only as strong as its businesses. Working with a company to discover their workforce needs and goals and then collaborating with them to create the customized trainings to meet those goals is very rewarding. I appreciate the willingness of businesses to learn about the apprenticeship program as well as the time and attention they put into the programs they are developing for their employees.
