Husqvarna, a manufacturer of wheeled and handheld products, employs approximately 800 people. In 2018, the company launched the Leadership Development Apprenticeship Program to provide training designed to cultivate strong leaders. Since its inception, 40 apprentices have graduated, gaining valuable skills to advance their careers.
